1. Introduction
GECA is committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and trustworthy platform for all merchants and their customers. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the rules and restrictions governing your use of the GECA website builder, dashboard, and hosting services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Permitted Uses
GECA is designed for legitimate small to medium enterprises (SMEs), such as bakeries, restaurants, salons, boutiques, and consultants, to quickly build business websites and manage online orders. You may use our platform to sell legal goods and services in compliance with local laws.

As a Merchant utilizing GECA, you are fully responsible for the operations of your store. You must:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date business contact information on your storefront.
- Ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are honest and transparent.

- Warnings: Issuing a formal warning and a timeframe for correction for minor, first-time offenses.
- Suspension: Temporarily disabling the storefront and dashboard access for repeated or moderate violations.
- Termination: Permanent account deletion and IP ban for severe violations (such as selling illegal drugs or hosting phishing sites). In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

7. Reporting Violations
If you discover a GECA storefront that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, we encourage you to report it immediately. Please send the store URL and details of the violation to [email protected].
